Summit View Estates Expands with Approval of Phase II Final Plat

Bella Vista’s west side continues to grow as the Planning Commission approved the final plat for Summit View Estates Phase II, adding 10 new residential lots to the community.

Located off Lamplighter Court—just north of Highlands Boulevard and east of the Highlands Golf Course—the expansion positions new homes near one of the city's premier recreation areas. The lots meet all zoning and subdivision requirements, and the developer has included necessary easements for utilities and stormwater management.

The project represents a steady continuation of residential development in one of Bella Vista’s most scenic and sought-after areas. With the Highlands Golf Course nearby and easy access to west-side amenities, these new homes are expected to draw interest from both full-time residents and retirees looking to relocate within the region.

City staff confirmed all infrastructure improvements have been completed, and the lots are ready for development upon filing. The approval signals ongoing residential demand and careful planning to preserve the area's natural character while accommodating new growth.
